Captivated by animation from a young age, Noella Ukpe-Roberts (she/her) has learned the power that art can have in driving powerful stories and captivating audiences. As a Nigerian-American, Noella has also seen first-hand how films, whether as short as 30-second advertisements or as long as a feature-length movie, can bridge a gap between different cultures. By studying Advertising at Boston University, Noella hopes to discover the underlying strategic and creative methods that a brand, personality, or film uses to captivate their target audiences. She has experience using Canva and Adobe applications, such as Illustrator and Photoshop. Currently, Noella is a varsity member of her institution’s Advertising Club, AdClub, as an Art Director. She will be doing a Study Abroad Internship in Los Angeles, CA, and is currently searching for Spring (2025) internships in the Los Angeles Metropolitan area.
